Wedding Venues in Nepal with Parking

Parking is a key consideration for your Nepali wedding, ensuring guests can arrive and leave comfortably. Several venues in Kathmandu and Lalitpur offer dedicated parking facilities. Below, we list venues that explicitly provide parking, along with their capacities and estimated costs.

Venues in Kathmandu with Parking

Several popular locations in Kathmandu offer parking spaces for your wedding guests. Taaj Palace is a large option accommodating up to 2,000 guests, with per-plate pricing between Rs 2,375 and Rs 2,875. For mid-sized events, Khadadevi Foodland and Banquet Kalanki hosts up to 400 guests at Rs 1,250–1,550 per plate.

Smaller venues like 21st Resto (up to 200 guests) and Hotel White Dreams Palace also list parking among their facilities. These options are suitable for intimate ceremonies or reception-only events.

Venues in Lalitpur and Other Areas

If you prefer a location outside the central Kathmandu ring road, Mahalaxmi Party Venue in Lalitpur offers parking for up to 300 guests. This is a good alternative if traffic in the city center is a concern.

For very small gatherings, sajilo bihe in Kathmandu offers parking for up to 30 guests, with per-plate rates ranging from Rs 1,250 to Rs 2,375.

• Mahalaxmi Party Venue: Lalitpur, up to 300 guests, parking available
• sajilo bihe: Kathmandu, up to 30 guests, parking available

How to Choose Based on Guest Count

Match the venue capacity to your expected attendance. If you expect around 500 to 700 guests, check venues like Royal Palace (Mulpani), though its list of facilities does not explicitly mention parking, so you should confirm this directly during the inquiry.

For larger weddings, confirm the number of parking spots available against your guest list. Venues like Taaj Palace are designed for large-scale events, so parking infrastructure is more likely to accommodate high volumes of vehicles.

Typical Costs and Booking Process

Prices vary by venue and menu selection. Budget approximately Rs 1,250 to Rs 2,875 per plate depending on the venue and food choice. Hall rent may apply at smaller venues like 21st Resto, starting from Rs 5,000.

All prices are approximate and must be confirmed before booking. Through Sajilo Venue Booking, you choose a venue and date online, call, or via WhatsApp. We confirm the date and price with the venue first. You pay only after confirmation, with the option to pay in parts.

• Per-plate price range: Rs 1,250–2,875
• Small venue hall rent: From Rs 5,000
• Payment: After venue confirmation, split payments allowed

Other Amenities to Consider

Along with parking, check for other essential facilities. Most listed venues offer air conditioning and stages. Higher-end venues like Taaj Palace include bridal rooms and allow alcohol, which may influence your choice.

If you need catering, many included venues have in-house kitchens, such as Khadadevi Foodland, Mahalaxmi Party Venue, and Taaj Palace.
